9th Conference on Complex Networks (CompleNet 2018), March 5-8, 2018, Boston
This International Conference on Complex Networks (CompleNet) brings together researchers and practitioners from diverse disciplines working on areas related to complex networks. Over the past two decades we have witnessed an exponential increase in the number of publications and research centers dedicated to this field. From biological systems to computer science, from technical to informational networks, from economic to social systems, complex networks are becoming pervasive for dozens of applications. It is the interdisciplinary nature of complex networks that CompleNet aims to capture and celebrate.
Asia Pacific Radio Science Conference (AP-RASC) is a triennial flagship event of the International Union of Radio Science (URSI). It is an international conference in the field of radio science, where eminent researchers and experts from all over the world gather to share their knowledge and experience, and also to encourage scientific exchange and fellowship amongst industry colleagues and professionals globally. It is our pleasure to invite participation to AP-RASC 2019 not just from Asia but also from Europe, South and North America, Oceania and Africa. The scientific program will provide an opportunity for participants to exchange new ideas and information on many important issues related to recent advances in radio science. С 5 по 7 сентября 2018 года в России, в Санкт-Петербурге пройдет XXIV Международная конференция по магнитолевитационным транспортным системам и линейным двигателям «Маглев 2018».
Конференция пройдет в знаменитом Петербургском государственном университете путей сообщения Императора Александра I (ПГУПС). Университет основан в 1809 году и считается одним из ведущих транспортных учебных заведений в России. В 2016 году на базе ПГУПС был учрежден научно-исследовательский кластер «Российский маглев», который превратил его в центр изучения магнитной левитации в России.
Официальный язык Конференции русский. Все полученные статьи будут включены в журнал «Транспортные системы и технологии», ISSN 2413-9203. Конференция «Маглев 2018» организуется под эгидой Международного совета по магнитной левитации (the International Maglev Board).

10 ноября 2017 г. будет проведен финал конкурса по Программе «УМНИК» в Российской академии наук.
Программа, организованная Фондом содействия развитию малых форм предприятий в научно-технической сфере, поддерживает инновационные проекты молодых ученых (до 30 лет), которые ориентированы на среднесрочную перспективу (3-6 лет) эффективной коммерциализации научных результатов. Финансирование проектов победителей в размере 500 тыс. рублей осуществляется поэтапно в течение 2-х лет по 250 тыс. рублей в год.
Конкурс будет проводиться по тематическим направлениям:
Н1 - Информационные технологии
Н2 - Медицина будущего
Н3 - Современные материалы и технологии их создания
Н4 - Новые приборы и аппаратные комплексы
Н5 - Биотехнологии

Join us for the 2018 International High Power Laser Ablation Symposium on 26 - 29 March 2018 in Santa Fe, New Mexico at the historic La Fonda on the Plaza.
Since 1998, the International High Power Laser Ablation Symposia have provided a unique forum for exchange of ideas on the physics and application of high power laser-materials interaction, including advances in relevant high power laser sources and problems of beam propagation and detection, in a collegial atmosphere. This will be our twelfth meeting. The HPLA series is one of the first scientific conferences to be organized around a broad physical phenomenon (laser ablation and its applications) rather than one narrow technology. HPLA treats advances in all related aspects from basic physics to applications.
